Completion Status Matrix

The Completion Status Matrix offers you a quick glance of the various completion statuses available for certain LearnCenter items. Use it for informational purposes only. On the ControlPanel in the root LearnCenter:

1. Click on the Options menu to expand it.
2. Click System.
3. Scroll down if necessary to view the User Item Status panel.
4. Click the Click Here link to view the Completion Status Matrix.

5. The matrix displays the completion status descriptions that are used for each learning item. Available statuses for job profiles are:
• Completed - indicates the user has completed the item, or all the requirements for a job profile.
• Incomplete - indicates the user has not completed the item, or all the requirements for a job profile.
• Passed - indicates the user has completed the item and met or exceeded the mastery score set for that item.
• Failed - indicates the user has completed the item but did not meet the mastery score set for that item.
• No Show - indicates the user did not attend the learning event.
• Not Attempted - indicates the user has not attempted the item, or any of the items mapped to a job profile.
• Audit - indicates an enrollment has been audited.
• Completion Pending Survey/Assessment - indicates an enrollment is complete except that the user has not yet completed a survey or assessment.
• Exempt - indicates the user has been exempted from an item.
• Submitted - indicates the learning item has been completed and is pending instructor and/or administrator review.
• Not Approved - to indicate a user's self mapping is not approved. This status is only available if you have purchased TalentBrowser™  (sold separately).
• Returned - to indicate an Assignment was returned to a user.
6. Click Return to System Options when you are finished viewing the Completion Status Matrix.
